Cougars on the move?

Several mountain lion reports heard today. The Wilkes-Barre NPR station aired a report of a cougar having been seen southeast of the city. The Pennsylvania Game Commission says a track left in the rapidly dwindling snow proves the observer, a passing motorist, saw a bobcat.

And from Nebraska, where mountain lions have not produced a kitten in more than a century, comes this Associated Press report, via the Lincoln Journal-Star.
